seasonal yoga series: spring
The Perri Institute’s flagship Seasonal Yoga Series is designed for yoga practitioners looking to further grow and explore their practice while supporting both body and mind throughout the fluctuations and challenges of seasonal change. Each 8-week series is comprised of two unique themes, explored for four weeks each, and students can choose to register for single classes on a drop-in basis, one of the two 4-week sessions, or the entire 8-week experience. No matter what the setting or time of year, each immersion will take your practice to the next level under the supportive guidance of our teachers.
If purchasing a single class, it is only good for the upcoming Monday's class. Purchasing single classes more than a week in advance is not available at this time.
Mats and props are available free of charge but quantities are limited so bring your own, if possible.
