Each season calls for us to meet our Yoga practice with different energy and intention. Yoga allows us to make choices in how and what we practice on the mat. Through carefully sequenced yoga poses, breathing, and restorative poses with props, we will meet Mother Nature's energy and sync our mind/body rhythms to hers. The intention of practicing Yoga in flow with seasonal cycles is to maintain balance and foster well-being year-round.

Warming up, foster the breath as the meeting ground for physical and mental clarity. Continue with steadily paced postures to build heat and safely connect to each pose's benefits. Find grace in transitions between stillness and wind down with restorative postures and mind relaxation techniques.



Only 8 spots are available in each class due to the intimate-by-design studio. Early registration is advised and class fee is discounted. Drop-in is possible to claim remaining spots each week at the full class fee. During the warmer months class will take place weekly and move outside whenever possible to the beautiful private garden area. Outdoor classes can accommodate more than 8. 

In the case of class cancellation due to extreme weather, class will either be rescheduled or payment will be reimbursed or credited for a future class.

Extra layers and socks are encouraged for the restorative portion of class during the cooler months.

All mats and props will be provided (although feel free to bring your own if you'd prefer).
