These two yoga classes offer practitioners a way to transition their practice into winter energies and introduce new possibilities of exploration on the mat for the upcoming season. Practice will be done by candlelight. 

Mats and props are available free of charge but quantities are limited so, if possible, bring your own mat. Upon arrival, ring buzzer for 4A. Please do not buzz before 6pm.
